About me
Rob Hunt works for The Nature Conservancy as the Missouri Director of Resilient Waters where he leads strategic initiatives statewide. He previously worked for the Missouri Department of Natural Resources as a Policy Advisor for the Director’s Office, and while in this role, worked on multiple inter-agency teams and efforts. Rob grew up in the Missouri Ozarks on the upper Meramec River canoeing, fishing, hunting, and hiking with his family before moving to Springfield, Missouri to complete a Bachelors and a Masters of Science at Missouri State University. His passion for the outdoors has grown alongside a focus on managing competing priorities where nature and society intersect.
